At Protreon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted, exceptions to the policy, and steps for resolution in case of defective or damaged goods.


 

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Subscriptions or intangible services purchased
  • Discounted items purchased during sales or promotional events

 

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request:

  • Contact Us: Email billing@protreon.com within 30 days of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: Mail the item(s) to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving the item(s), we will inspect and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

No Refund Terms

By completing a purchase, you agree to the following no-refund terms:

  • Final Sale or marked Non-Refundable items are not eligible for return or refund
  • No refunds on digital content or subscriptions
  • Custom-made or user-personalized products are non-refundable
  • Clearance, flash sales, and promotional discounted products are final

 

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at billing@protreon.com
  • Provide order details and photos of the damaged item
  • Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost

 

Exceptions and Special Cases

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If a return or refund is due to an error on our part or an unforeseen issue, please reach out to us directly. We will review such cases individually and aim to provide a fair resolution.
