Compensation
• Experienced Technicians: Earn $1,500 to $3,000 per week with unlimited earning potential.
• Entry-Level Technicians: Earn $800 to $1,200 per week.
• Full Transparency: Your earnings are based on your skill, speed, accuracy, and the quality of your work.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality cable installations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Complete work orders with accurate billing and required customer signatures.
• Maintain Protreon’s standards on every job.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow company protocols.
• Assist with workflow management as necessary.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to company policies.
• Conduct quality control inspections and mentor junior technicians.
• Operate personal vehicles equipped with proper tools and equipment.
• Install high-speed internet, cable, and phone services according to work orders.
• Manage time effectively to meet daily appointment schedules.

Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in cable installations with knowledge of TQA standards.
• Familiarity with cable meters and the ability to interpret data.
• Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• A truck or van equipped with a ladder rack and essential tools (meters available for lease).
• Ability to lift and manage a 28-foot ladder (50–75 lbs).
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings and evenings.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Strong comprehension of technical instructions and basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pre-Screening Locations
We are currently pre-screening candidates for projects in Central Florida. Technicians willing to travel temporarily to assist other locations will receive increased pay rates.
