Compensation
• Top Technicians: Earn $1,500 to $3,000 weekly without limiting yourself to specific work orders.
• Entry-Level Technicians: Earn $800 to $1,200 weekly.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality cable installations and troubleshooting.
• Complete work orders, ensuring accurate billing with required customer signatures.
• Maintain Protreon’s standards for every installation.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and follow company protocols.
• Assist with workflow management as needed.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to company policies.
• Conduct quality control inspections and provide mentorship to junior technicians.
• Safely operate personal vehicles with proper equipment.
• Install High-Speed Data (HSD), cable, and phone services per work orders.
• Manage time efficiently to meet daily appointment schedules.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in cable installations and a solid understanding of TQA practices.
• Familiarity with cable meters and the ability to interpret data.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Truck or van with a ladder rack and essential tools (meters available for lease).
• Ability to lift and manage a 28-foot ladder (50–75 lbs).
• Flexible availability, including early mornings and evenings.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Strong comprehension of technical instructions and basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pre-Screening Locations

We are currently pre-screening for projects in the Central Florida. We also offer increased pay for technicians willing to travel temporarily to assist other locations.
If you’re currently employed, you don’t need to leave your job until HR confirms your position. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive a detailed rate sheet, and once terms are agreed upon, onboarding will commence.
